Customer update - how we are impacted by Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19)

 

Cambridge Clinical Laboratories is now operating a flexible working policy for employees where possible. The very nature of our work means it is essential that some of the team remain lab based. 

 

We have had a couple of our team needing to isolate. Our support is fully with them, and we are keeping in touch daily to ensure we are giving support. 

 

Our quality commitment remains the same. There is however potential that turnaround times may be impacted and as a result slightly slower. The CCL team will do all in our power to minimise this impact to customers. 

 

We are in regular communication with our key suppliers to ensure our supply chain remains strong. 

 

During this time we are encouraging you to communicate via email rather than telephone wherever possible. This will allow our reduced team to focus on getting patient results completed as quickly as possible for all our customers. We will complete all samples submitted.
